We approach our off-campus investments with a strict commitment to finding opportunities that meet the following criteria:
- Close proximity to campus.
16 of our properties are within a quarter of a mile, 6 are within a half mile, 11 are within 1 mile, and 5 are located outside of 1 mile from campus.
- Product differentiation.
We develop and acquire communities that offer differentiated products that create a competitive advantage.
- Submarkets with barriers to entry.
We look for properties or development sites located within an established submarket with limited development or redevelopment opportunities.
